From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

I liked everything. Everything was clean and my every question was responded. Enjoyed staying at this unit, and would stay again. It was clean, well appointed, everything worked as expected. It’s on the top floor of the building so there’s lots of sunlight and no walking overhead. However, you do have to haul suitcases up two flights of stairs. <br/>About 10 mins easy walking access to the U.S. Capitol in one direction and about 7 mins to Eastern Market, restaurants, and amenities in the other direction. <br/>Sojourn were responsive, although their response to my request to modify dates was delayed. <br/>Other than that, it was a good stay. Sojourn on 5th Unit 303 was an excellent place to stay. It is a three story building located on Capitol Hill. Just a one mile walk to the Capitol. And a .2 walk to Pennsylvania Ave. Many restaurants and Trader Joe’s are located there. Our unit was in the back on the third floor. We opted to purchase parking which is conveniently located directly behind the building. The decor is modern and light. It was very clean and quiet. It is perfect for 2-3 adults. Our host was quick to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend and would definitely suggest to others.
