From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Exterior security cameras on property
I had a great stay at Sojurn's place on 5th. Half a block from a wonderful park and only a few blocks from Barracks Row and the Eastern Market Metro Station. Comfortable apartment with clear instructions, they were friendly to my dog, and my car was safe parked on the street the entire duration of my stay! I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The community was warm and welcoming, and the property itself was exactly what I needed—comfortable, clean, and relaxing. Sojourn was a great host, quick to respond to any questions or requests I had. There was a minor issue with the internet during my stay, but it was handled well and didn’t take away from the overall experience. I truly enjoyed my time here and would gladly return! If I could give 6 or 7 stars in some categories, I would! We've stayed in scores of AirBnB properties over the years, and none was better overall than this. In fact, we came back for a second trip! This is an unusual property, managed with courtesy, thoughtfulness, and total professionalism. The location is top-notch--walk to the Capital and the Supreme Court building through leafy, historic neighborhoods. Best! Beds! Ever!!! A very comfy and clean one bedroom apartment very close (walking distance) to the Capitol
