Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests.
If you are booking a flat for over 30 days, you will be provided with the standard tenant package as required under DC law, and be required to acknowledge receipt of the same. The terms of our Agreement will remain as agreed to on the Air BnB platform, and anything implied under DC law.
Please note that the building has ring cameras monitoring and recording the exterior and common areas of the building at all times.
Sojourner pet fee is $75/pet/wk or $75/pet for stays under one week. Guests staying longer than 6 weeks pay a flat fee of $450. Guest is responsible for all indoor and outdoor cleanup related to furry friends staying at the property. If additional cleaning is required to remove signs/smells of the pet, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. For stays over 5 weeks please inquire about the pet fee.
Our properties require Sojourn to collect the name and picture of government-issued photo ID for each guest. When requested, guest agrees to provide this information or the reservation will be cancelled.
For the comfort of our guests and team members, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted inside or within thirty (30) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke your card can be charged, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and your security deposit will be forfeited. Sojourn will contact the booking service, terminate your stay and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe, these devices can not record or decipher what you are saying they are only for monitoring noise. Noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation could be terminated without refund.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.
* Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period. ...
* Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.

6) Please note that neither Sojourn nor the property owner shall be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to the vehicle or any personal property therein, nor for any injury to the driver, passengers, or any other person, arising out of or in connection with the use of the parking space. Any use of the parking space is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner or driver. Amenities
This lovely apartment is sat right in a beautiful area near the middle of Dupont Circle! If you are traveling with a pet this place and location is perfect. The check in process is very simple and smooth. There are lots of pets in the area and there is a really nice dog park right at the corner of the block! The restaurants nearby are great and some even have seating outside so you can take your pet with you! Parking is a bit hard to find on the street, my host gave me plenty of lots and garage options to use, but it is free to park on the street for 2 hours during the week, and you can park 24/7 on the street during weekends for free. I got lucky and found a spot near the place and since I stayed for the weekend only, I didn’t have to worry about paying! The space was immaculate and very tidy when I arrived, it had all the listed amenities and some! Tv and Wifi were great! Over all my weekend was amazing and I would definitely use this place in the future! Great location and great apartment. Thought the price was fair and a good value considering the bedroom is street side and can be a little noisy at times. Would reserve again next visit. We had a wonderful stay with our little pup! The location was great, easy to get in and out to walk the doggy, clean, modern, has everything we needed. Thank you!
