The property is located in the heart of Capitol Hill, a charming and colorful historically famous neighborhood. What started out as an area for members of Congress to live in the late 18th century, has now become Washington DC's largest residential historic district. This apartment is located on a scenic residential street, yet you can walk to dozens of fantastic locally owned restaurants, Starbucks, and grocery stores.
On weekdays, you can stroll to the Supreme Court building or Library of Congress to take a tour of our nation’s most venerable structures, then head to Union Kitchen 3rd to buy some groceries on your way home for dinner. On weekends, you can spend some time perusing Lower Senate Park after getting a cup of coffee from Ebenezers Coffeehouse.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

The home is exactly as pictured. Everything is very organized and clean. There’s a fantastic bagel spot less than a block away. Checking in and out was one of the easiest experiences I’ve had through Airbnb. The host is also very easy to communicate with and quick to respond with any messages. Parking is an extra fee and along the road, but we never had an issue finding a spot right on our block. We had easy access to all major tourist attractions, as well as an easy drive in and out of the city. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking to visit DC with a friend or smaller family vacation. Lindsey

My family of four had a great time at this location. So nice to easily walk to the Capitol and other sites. Amazing house in a beautiful shady residential street. Close proximity to Union Station, the Capitol, National Mall and all the Museums. Supermarkets and restaurants all in walking distance. We will be back! This accommodation was more than we expected and was immaculately clean. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms had lots of toiletries. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The communication with the management was fantastic and we would stay there again if we ever visit Washington. Added bonus was the property was a 5 min walk to union station and the metro.
