Upstairs, two well-appointed bedrooms provide cozy retreats, each featuring ample natural light and tasteful finishes. The full bathroom, adorned with modern fixtures and designer touches, seamlessly combines style and functionality. Additionally, a convenient half-bathroom on the main floor adds to the home's practical appeal.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Amenities
This place is pretty comfortable and have plenty of space. The room is clean and new. Walkable distance to all places of interest as well as train station. Team is also very supportive, who helped me for luggage storing after check-out. Highly recommend. This was a beautiful, clean, and spacious private space. It was perfect for our family of four. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We’d love to return on our next visit to DC! Sojourn was responsive when we had one slight, unexpected issue (a brief power outage). Sandy Xie

We really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and beautifully detailed. Great location, felt at home in the neighborhood and were able to walk everywhere. We will be back!
