Upstairs, two well-appointed bedrooms provide cozy retreats, each featuring ample natural light and tasteful finishes. The full bathroom, adorned with modern fixtures and designer touches, seamlessly combines style and functionality. Additionally, a convenient half-bathroom on the main floor adds to the home's practical appeal.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Séjour de 8 jours dans ce superbe logement. L’ensemble du logement était extrêmement propre et très bien équipé. La maison est très bien située, très proche du Capitole et d’une station de métro. L’hôte est très réactif. Je recommande mille fois. Richard

Great location, nicely maintained At first glance, the house looked nice, but both showers worked very poorly — almost no water pressure.<br/>A few days after checkout, the host unexpectedly asked me to pay $25 for a “stained towel,” which sounds absurd and dishonest.<br/>Definitely not what you expect from accommodation that costs $1300 for two nights. Wonderful location, close to everything. Comfy spacious home in Capitol Hill area. 3 blocks from everything; Union Station-Metro is easy, restaurants, Capitol and the Mall! Enjoyed our week long stay in DC!
