Description

The space
From your front door, you are:

The National Mall includes the Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, Jefferson Memorial, the National Museum of American History, the National Museum of Natural History, the National Air and Space Museum, National Museum of the American Indian, the National Gallery of Art, and the Smithsonian Castle. Museums and memorials are spread out but are all walk-able from each other.
From your front door, the White House is a 24 minute metro ride away, the Library of Congress is a 9 minute walk away, and the Capitol is just next to that.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Exterior security cameras on property
Lovely place in the heart of D.C. We loved it and could not have asked for a better experience. Apartment is gorgeous and exactly as described! Kitchen and bathroom are well stocked; bed incredibly comfortable. Location really can’t be beat!
Easy check in process, and laundry room incredibly clean (also well stocked.) There are several other units in the building but I didn’t have any issues with neighbor or neighborhood noise. Very clean and quiet apartment in a great location. Lovely area to walk around in and for getting to the Smithsonian. Has a full stove and nice desk looking out over the street. Super easy check-in and check-out. Will stay again! This place was just as advertised: very comfortable, clean, located and well appointed.
