Bedrooms: Rest easy in the spacious primary bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, while the additional three rooms with queen beds and double bed offer peaceful retreats for everyone in your group.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Free parking garage on premises
We had an INCREDIBLE stay here! Everything was exactly as described and was absolutely perfect for our stay! The location was excellent, as most of our events were nearby and either walkable or a short drive away. <br/>The house itself was a complete dream and for more spacious than I was expecting! It was extremely clean, stunningly beautiful, and sooo welcoming! We can’t thank you enough and will absolutely be staying here again when we return!! We had a great stay overall. We had a couple of minor issues. One of the upstairs toilets wasn't working when we arrived. We also arrived very late, and it was very difficult to see the house number and locate the garage. Other than those things, everything was great. The house is lovely and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. The best part was the proximity to the Metro. I would stay here again. We had such a wonderful stay! We were comfortable and relaxed. There was plenty of room for 4 of us. Getting in and out was easy. The host was very responsive and accommodating with any questions we had. It was a great place and I’d highly recommend to others visiting the DC area. We didn’t rent a car personally, and it was just a short ride to all major attractions. Overall, a great experience!
