There are a total of one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with and high-speed wifi.
The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.
Access is by private door with door code.
Guests will have the entire unit to themselves.
Guests will have total privacy; we are available only when needed.
This property is central to all local Ocean View restaurants.

House Rules:
For the comfort of all guests, we have a strict no-smoking policy. A $500 fine will be applied if this policy is violated.
We kindly ask that there are no parties or events. Gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy will need to be discontinued unless previously approved by the host.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM onwards, as this is a multi-unit, family-friendly property.
Check-in is available anytime after 4:00 PM.
We welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs or cats. Please ensure pets are not on the beds. If you need to leave your pet alone in the unit, kindly use a crate. If you don't have a crate, please keep all bedroom and bathroom doors closed. Please note that a $75/pet fee will apply to help cover additional cleaning needed.
We kindly ask that you clean up after your pets while outdoors. Please make use of the pet waste station for proper disposal. Please note that excessive pet hair may incur a damages fee.
For safety reasons, fires and fire pits are not permitted on the beach.
Fireworks are prohibited on the beach, as their use poses a significant fire risk. Please note that using fireworks would be considered a breach of the house rules.
To ensure your safety, we kindly ask that you avoid climbing or walking on the rocks along the beach, as they can be very slippery and hazardous.
To maintain a clean and pleasant environment, we ask that glitter not be used in the unit. Any glitter found will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

For the 555$ price tag I was expecting more. I understand that I booked around Christmas time and that is going to raise prices. But for that hefty price tag I was left with a kitchen that had dirty dishes in the cabinets and non fictional furnishings. The ac kept changing itself self through out the day I would set it to be a comfy 72 and when I checked again it would be 68 and everyone would be cold and needing to bundle up. Or be way too hot and impossible to sleep. There was no extra trash bags provided. And the check out instructions said to take trash out. But there was no where to take trash too. Was I supposed to take the trash with me? Over all a very mid place that was not worth the ample money I spent to stay there. Me and my family were looking for a place to stay for a couple of days and we are glad we were able to find this apartment.
Pros:
- The apartment is centrally located, lots of restaurant options and things to do.
- We had to extend our stay twice and the process was fairly smooth.
- Nicole is very nice and respectful. She was responsive and tried making our stay as good as possible, which we really appreciated.
- Apartment is very spacious and fits 4 people very easily.
Cons:
- We encountered some difficulties during check in process. We were able to check in almost an hour after our arrival and after multiple calls/holds with other representatives from owner’s company.
- The place itself could have been cleaner.
Overall, it is a very good place. Would recommend if you are in the area.
