Dupont Circle is one of the most vibrant and energetic neighborhoods in Washington DC. The area has some of the best restaurants in the city including: Sushi Taro, Gemini, Anju, Agora DC Mediterranean, Pupatella Pizza, The Pembroke, and Iron Gate. Dupont is also home to award-winning patisseries and ice cream shops, like Dolcezza, Happy Ice Cream and Un Je Ne Sais Quoi. If you prefer to cook, there is also a Trader Joes, Whole Foods and Safeway just a short walk away. This home is just a few blocks from the newly renovated Stead Park. There is also easy walking access to Dupont Circle. In addition to all the fun within walking distance, there is easy access to the rest of DC via metro from the DuPont Circle metro stop a few blocks away.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Great townhouse for a family of 5/6. Cool neighbourhood. All sights and amenities in walking distance. Had a great stay at Church Street. The house was very comfortable and felt like a home away from home. It had all that amenities needed especially given that we travelled with young children, and it was in a very convenient location to explore the city.
If visiting Washington again, we will be staying here. Highly recommend. We loved our stay here because it’s a beautiful location. There are two parking spaces which is very convenient. The kitchen is fully stocked and the entire place is very clean. Lovely location and flat. Home layout is perfect with the outdoor area and gym and several bedrooms - perfect for our family. Quiet street but right in the heart of the best neighborhoods. We did have some challenges with cleanliness however. We encountered a few mice inside the home which was alarming and a large rat in the advertised playhouse outside when we went to bring our toddler to check it out. Hopefully they resolve this quickly because it’s a big ding on an otherwise lovely home.
Additionally, there’s zero grace period for check in or out. We arrived at 3:58 pm to check in with an exhausted toddler and the door wouldn’t unlock until after 4 pm. At check out, the housekeeper showed up at 10:58. A 5-10 minute grace period on both ends is typical and would be nice for them to consider.
