Your newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Capitol Hill home is great for individuals or a couple on business trips and longer stays. This compact abode provides a mix of convenience and privacy.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet-friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. Pet fees are usually included in the booking, but if not, you’ll be invoiced the pet fee. Please let us know if you’re bringing pets so we can update your reservation. Note that some homes are not pet-friendly—if yours isn’t, we’ll gladly recommend one that is.

Amenities
New space, GREAT shower and a VERY cozy bed. However, it lacks basic amenities for folks with a longer stay like: an ironing board and iron, a broom and dustpan, (and though the description did say the unit didn’t have a washer or dryer) a washer snd dryer would have been nice. Also, the sink makes no sense as it does not have a disposal feature built in. Additionally, the kitchen lights are connected to the bedroom lights. If you want light in the bedroom other than the lamp, you have turn on the kitchen lights. I was glad when I discovered how it worked, but quickly settled for the lamp in the bedroom. Furthermore, the walls are very thin. I could hear every footstep of the guests upstairs, and for 4 days straight, they were tumble drying something heavy and clunky in the dryer. <br/>Though my minor complaints, I would highly recommend staying at this location, as improvements CAN be made. The space is new and very cozy, and everyone needs to experience that shower. #Elite
