Property Access & Maintenance
From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)
Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

We had the best stay! The location cannot be beat—just steps from wonderful shops and restaurants and a short walk to the Capitol. We loved strolling the neighborhood in the evenings, admiring all the charming houses.<br/>The space itself was spacious, comfortable, extremely clean, and very well appointed. It truly felt like a home away from home after a full day of exploring. Traveling with our baby was made so much easier thanks to the host, who kindly provided a pack and play that was already set up when we arrived.<br/>We will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to DC! I had a great stay. The apartment was spacious, decorated with great taste and very clean. It was walkable to many places, easy to get to from the airport and on a beautiful tree-lined street. I didn't cook in the well designed kitchen or sit on the deck -- though both were very tempting and I would certainly do so on another occasion. I also enjoyed dining in several of the local restaurants that were within a 5-10 min walk from the flat and very convenient. This apartment will be my first choice the next time I'm in DC. Jianzhen
