Tucked away in a serene, tree lined street in the beautiful Colony Pines neighborhood. This single family home offers an incredible amount of space with 4 large bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath. The master bedroom has a king bed, bedrooms 2 and 3 with queen beds a twin size bedroom and an Article queen sleeper sofa. Our beds are outfitted with the softest sheets, bathrooms complete with Lather soaps and Chortex towels. Every detail has been accounted for. We welcome long term stays. The space
Please Read - Landscaping is schedule for Monday - Wednesday in Newport News. If you are booked for this property you acknowledge our landscaper will enter the backyard to cut the grass. Trash is scheduled to be picked up 3 days a week, you also acknowledge that our private trash provider will be on site bringing cans out and back in.

Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Great space close to everything
We spent a week with extended family in newport news. The house is clean and spacious with comfortable beds close to everything we needed. Check in and check out was very easy. V

Great house in a great spot
We were very thankful and very pleased to find this house for our family and pooches. This is a very large house in a safe and walkable neighborhood near Williamsburg and Virginia Beach. Our family was looking for a spot to stretch out and take it easy while we visited Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. This house did not disappoint.
The house is located about 15-20 minutes away from the theme parks, and is in a great neighborhood where you can go for a long walk with your dogs. The backyard is large and fenced so the family and pooches have ample space to hang out and relax. Bedrooms upstairs are spacious (although there's only a master bath and one full bath upstairs, with a half bath downstairs). It is single zone AC, so downstairs tends to be much cooler than upstairs. The downstairs area has a nice size living room and kitchen, as well as dining room and office space.
Overall we were very pleased with the house. Some of the interior finishings are a little bit dated, but they do the job and provide a safe and relaxing spot if you're visiting the Williamsburg (or Virginia Beach) areas. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, so you should be in pretty good shape and have ample amenities. Overall highly recommend and would be glad to stay here again if we're visiting for a few days. V

Nice clean home in quiet neighborhood
We decided to do an experience this Christmas instead of buying presents. My adult children and their spouses along with my father in law enjoyed getting away for a long weekend. This property was perfect for us. It’s clean and comfortable. We didn’t cook but the kitchen had everything we would have needed. Nice spacious back yard fenced in an private. It was a nice place to get away to.
