The Cove Suite is a 2 bedroom, 1-bathroom, condo (sleeps 4) a short drive to Virginia Beach and Ocean View Beach. Every detail has been taken care of to make this a comfortable and unique AirBnb stay.

There are a total of one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with and high-speed wifi.
The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.
Access is by private door with door code.
Guests will have the entire unit to themselves.
Guests will have total privacy; we are available only when needed.
This property is central to all local Ocean View restaurants.

House Rules:
For the comfort of all guests, we have a strict no-smoking policy. A $500 fine will be applied if this policy is violated.
We kindly ask that there are no parties or events. Gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy will need to be discontinued unless previously approved by the host.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM onwards, as this is a multi-unit, family-friendly property.
Check-in is available anytime after 4:00 PM.
We welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs or cats. Please ensure pets are not on the beds. If you need to leave your pet alone in the unit, kindly use a crate. If you don't have a crate, please keep all bedroom and bathroom doors closed. Please note that a $75/pet fee will apply to help cover additional cleaning needed.
We kindly ask that you clean up after your pets while outdoors. Please make use of the pet waste station for proper disposal. Please note that excessive pet hair may incur a damages fee.
For safety reasons, fires and fire pits are not permitted on the beach.
Fireworks are prohibited on the beach, as their use poses a significant fire risk. Please note that using fireworks would be considered a breach of the house rules.
To ensure your safety, we kindly ask that you avoid climbing or walking on the rocks along the beach, as they can be very slippery and hazardous.
To maintain a clean and pleasant environment, we ask that glitter not be used in the unit. Any glitter found will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

So we were told the day of arrival that the Airbnb that was chosen was unavailable, yes the DAY of, then I was sent two locations to choose from. I didn’t want those locations due to the lack of visual furniture comfortably for my fiancé birthday staycation. So I chose another location and was told it was available, I however was not told that this area was full of construction. Upon arrival, the entire property was flooded and there were multiple construction trucks in the parking area. We called to see what was the next step and after realizing we weren’t going to walk through puddles to get in, they switched us to another unit. Upon arrival, The unit compared to the pictures were catfish. The living room has stains on the couch and walls, hair on the toilet seat, shower curtain was so disgusting, We had to take it down and clean the bathroom ourselves upon arrival, there were no trash bags yet they wanted us to clean and take the trash. todo muy bien, excelente ubicación, cerca a todo en Virginia Beach, único tema a mejorar es el servicio de lavandería, las máquinas presentaron desperfectos, por lo demás todo perfecto!!!
