From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet-friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. Pet fees are usually included in the booking, but if not, you’ll be invoiced the pet fee. Please let us know if you’re bringing pets so we can update your reservation. Note that some homes are not pet-friendly—if yours isn’t, we’ll gladly recommend one that is.

Exterior security cameras on property
Great neighborhood, and easy access to the apartment. Would certainly recommend to anyone visiting D.C. Great little place for me, my wife and 2 small boys. 6 minutes from the nearest metro station. 2 minutes from a Whole Foods, 5 minutes from a bunch of restaurants. The host was very responsive about some specific needs I had after day 1. They did a great job at responding to what I was requesting. This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at a Sojourn apartment in DC and both times have been a great overall experience. Yun Feng

It was a great place to stay. Cozy place in the center at DC with a lot of things around that’s able to entertain us! great location very walkable the host was responsive to questions I had. large Bush seemed to draw mosquitoes in the front other than that all was well. I would book again.
