From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

In the late evening and night mosquitoes come out to however, a bug zapper was provided and caught the few that lingered. The apartment was comfortable and right in the area that we needed. There’s food and bars in the viscidity among the great sites and monuments. I would definitely return and if available for another trip I’ll look up this place. T

Cleanliness*** outside needed to be tidy,the bathtub had hair in it and so did the pillows on the bed. We have a big family but no one could use the pull out beds due to the blood like stains on it. However on a positive note they were great communicators when we had questions. I recommend some one check for quality of cleanliness in the future. Kevin
