I had to check out early because the place had been poorly managed. The AC unit was unable to be adjusted and stuck on 50 degrees. I could see my breath and had to take hot baths and drink tea just to warm up. The WiFi was broken and being there on work made it impossible so I had to do all my meetings at a local coffee shop. Then at night the heat set itself to 90 we woke up burning hot. An alarm kept going off in the basement related to the locks that woke me up multiple times in the night and then the fire alarms went off, finally I left and went and got a hotel. I hate leaving bad reviews but the management company needs to make some changes to ensure they don’t do this to other guest at the properties they run. This experience made me never want to Airbnb again due to minimal regulations and checks.

This unit is beautiful, clean and impeccably maintained. Lovely and spacious with an impressive kitchen. Superb location. <br/>It would have been helpful to know that access is up 3 flights of stairs, some of which are quite narrow with 90 degree turns. As a 65 year-old with heavy luggage (including golf clubs), this was not easy. Also close to zero shelving in bedrooms to unpack clothes.<br/>Other than the couple of small negatives, it is perfect.

We had an isolated experience where the HVAC started acting up and would keep cooling the place rather than heating it. We ended up being in the place on a 40 Degree night without heat. The host tried to troubleshoot the issue over text messages and the issue was not able to be resolved. The host tried to put the blame on us that we did not agree on an HVAC maintenance when I asked for a refund for the night we were impacted and only offered a $70 refund, which would not have been enough if we went out to buy extra blankets for us. The way we were treated by the management was not professional at all.
