This modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Penthouse 4th floor walk up apartment was fully renovated in 2015 leaving original architectural details of this Victorian era row home like hardwood floors and exposed brick walls. The bedrooms each have a queen bed and en suite bathrooms making this an ideal situation for privacy. Walk out the door and start your journey down the hip Logan's Circle restaurant row with endless choices in decadent food and eclectic shopping. Don't forget to stop at Ms. Pixies!

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

We had a wonderful stay at this property.<br/>The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very convenient for our visit to Washington, D.C. The host team were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and communication was always clear and friendly.<br/>We especially appreciated their assistance with the door access and small amenities—it made our trip much smoother. The location is excellent and worked very well for our family.<br/>Thank you again for your hospitality! We would be happy to stay here again in the future.<br/>Highly recommended! A great apartment with modern amenities in a beautiful building and an unbeatable location; a block away from dozens of restaurants on 14th Street and a manageable walk to the White House and monuments. I will return here for any future trips to D.C. I had to check out early because the place had been poorly managed. The AC unit was unable to be adjusted and stuck on 50 degrees. I could see my breath and had to take hot baths and drink tea just to warm up. The WiFi was broken and being there on work made it impossible so I had to do all my meetings at a local coffee shop. Then at night the heat set itself to 90 we woke up burning hot. An alarm kept going off in the basement related to the locks that woke me up multiple times in the night and then the fire alarms went off, finally I left and went and got a hotel. I hate leaving bad reviews but the management company needs to make some changes to ensure they don’t do this to other guest at the properties they run. This experience made me never want to Airbnb again due to minimal regulations and checks.
