★ RENTAL AGREEMENT ★
After booking your stay with us, we kindly ask our guests to complete a rental agreement. This is a standard procedure designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all parties involved in renting homes in North Carolina. When signing the rental agreement, you are agreeing to share this agreement and the house rules with all parties that will be on the property during your stay. This rental agreement applies to "everyone" staying or visiting the property. If you are booking on Airbnb, you will receive a link to the rental agreement in the Airbnb app.
★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE ★
Our company applies a single, nonrefundable fee for a Safely Protection Policy. We do not collect a security deposit. A Safely Protection Policy (short-term rental insurance) ensures that the guest, the home and its contents are protected during the stay.
★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ POOLS & HOT TUBS ★
The pool is open seasonally from May 15-October 15. The hot tub is open year round. Pool heat is available at $50/day, capped at $200/week. 48 hour notice is required. Please note that pool heaters are intended to gently warm the water and take the chill off. They are not designed to heat the pool to a hot-tub or bath-water temperature. We target 78–82°F when weather cooperates, but we can’t guarantee exact temps.
★ PET FRIENDLY ★
Dogs are welcome at this home for a pet fee of $100 per dog. (2 dogs MAX). Please note - dogs are not permitted in the pool area. There is a 20X20 enclosed dog run for your pet to enjoy.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside of the home. If you smoke outside the home, please clean up after.
★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★
All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the home. This home has exterior cameras overlooking the front door and outdoor areas.
★ NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS ★
For the safety and tranquility of our guests and neighbors, we strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its condition for future guests and your return visits. We do not accept reservations from individuals under the age of 25, especially for high school or college parties.View More

The house is fine. It’s too large for a single unit air conditioner and my guests were very hot in the bedrooms downstairs - in November. One of the bed frames was broken and held up by jenga pieces. Outside was filthy and there were spiders and webs all over. Clearly hadn’t been wiped down or used in some time. <br/>The kitchen was wonderful and the upstairs layout was great. I would not stay here again given the number of options in the area. E

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. I can’t recommend it highly enough!!! It was beautiful and cozy and a perfect location. The host was such a pleasure to work with. Hands down my best experience renting a vacation home. Every question was answered immediately and they even let me add my dog at the last minute. The property has its own designated pet area!!! I’ll definitely be looking for their other properties when planning my next vacation. Thank you for helping to make our family vacation stress free and magical. Annmarie

We enjoyed our first OBX stay, the house was very clean inside, a fully stocked kitchen and lots of towels. The pool was refreshing and great to have considering how hot it was during our July week. Location was ideal as we were very close to things in Duck and Corolla. So we either drove or took a bike ride. It was fairly quiet too even though the house sits back on 12 which is the main road into the towns. The only challenge we had with the house is that it is not really dog friendly outside. The yard is huge and fenced in but only a small gated area is dog friendly and this is not by the pool. The pool was awesome and access to the beach was close. Great place
