A fully furnished studio on the first floor of a classic Victorian era DuPont Circle building. The home is fully appointed for a seamless stay with a queen size bed, upgraded kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, central heating and air and has excellent light from the front facing windows. Bed area: The studio’s bedroom area is cozy and comfortable, featuring a queen-sized bed and dresser drawers for all your belongings. There’s also a dining table and extra seating, perfect for enjoying meals, working, or just relaxing.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

This was a great location! It was hidden just down the street from the metro, and was such a beautiful walk. We had things to do right next to us like the DuPont Circle Flea market. <br/>I did arrive fairly late and still had no issue getting inside. I felt safe walking to the apartment alone at 9pm, and my mom had no trouble walking up at almost midnight. Super safe. <br/>It is an apartment so you definitely can hear neighbors but that didn’t bother us. Very small apartment but basically the size of a hotel room and it was cheaper. Also loved that there was no clean up chores while leaving! They did provide small amenities like shampoo and conditioner. <br/>Overall, great location, and easy access. Tamás
