Description
Sojourn's Aurora is a stunning new construction 7 bedroom 8 bathroom home that comfortably sleeps and entertains 18 guests and includes an elevator for easy loading and loading out. This modern beach house is located just a 5 minute walk to the wide sandy beaches of Corolla. Enjoy lazy nights in the media room, sunny days be the pool or a relaxing dip in the hot tub!
**Private pools will open on April 16th and close on October 20th. This pool can be heated starting April 26, it is $350 a week for heating the pool.
The space
The top floor of this home is complete with a custom gourmet’s kitchen, expansive dining room, a great room with ample seating and a sun drenched king en suite master bedroom. You will definitely enjoy cooking in this state-of-the-art kitchen with custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The great room has a large widescreen TV with a sound bar and a fireplace for those lazy beach nights in.
This home features 7 bedrooms, all with en suites and decks off each bedroom except the ground floor.

The ground level is full of fun! There is a game room packed with board games and fun family games. The media room is complete with surround sound and the adjoining game room is outfitted with a pool table and wet bar and a full-size refrigerator!
This property has 6-7 parking spots for guests.
Amenities include: beach chairs, beach wagon, and 16 pool towels.
Pool towels are complimentary as long as you agree to wash and dry them before check out. If you choose to have us launder them it is $200 pool rental fee.

Check-In begins at 5pm. A unique keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
This pet-friendly residence welcomes your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly.

Exterior security cameras on property
Nice house in a great location. Hosts were responsive to questions or requests. The listing was inaccurate in few ways, which could be ironed out easily. Also, outside had a lot of ticks, so be careful with pets. But all in all a great trip, would visit again. “Spacious and Luxurious Outer Banks Retreat for Two Families!”
Our two families had an amazing stay at this beautiful seven-bedroom home in Corolla over Christmas. With two couples and four adult children, the house provided plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was a huge plus for convenience and privacy.
The kitchen was fully equipped, clean and spacious, allowing us to prepare and share meals comfortably as a group. The large dining area and open layout made it easy for both families to gather together.
The recreation room with the pool table and the theater room were big hits. And even though it was December, the hot tub was a highlight—we enjoyed unwinding there after a day of exploring the area.
This home was the ideal setting for our two-family Christmas getaway. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, luxurious, and comfortable place to stay in the Outer Banks. The home was beautiful! Will definitely recommend and even visit this house again in the near future. :).
