Welcome to the 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom home in Capitol Hill, a pleasant walk from Lincoln Park. This home comes with two queen beds, comfortably sleeping four. The bathroom features a walk in shower with a beautiful tile mural and Sojourn's select Lather products.
This two bedroom home is only 1.7 miles from the National Mall and comfortably sleeps four people. The living room features a large sectional and a mounted TV where you can connect your favorite streaming services. If you prefer to read, the large bookshelf houses plenty of books to pique your interest. The living room features large windows to allow an abundance of light to stream in.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to create your favorite meals. If you prefer take out, the large fridge has ample space to store your extra food and groceries. This eclectic home has numerous seating options in the kitchen and dining room, featuring a table with chairs, bar seating and also diner style seating where you can look out into the backyard.
Upstairs, each bedroom has a queen sized bed and enough storage space for your additional items. The second bedroom has a task desk and seating where you can catch up on your computer work.
Although there is a backyard, it is shared with another home and is not available for use to guests of this home, and there is a front porch available for your use for morning coffee or afternoon tea.
Our home is contactless seamless and easy self check in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. At Sojourn we take your happiness and comfort seriously. Capitol Hill is a historic and vibrant neighborhood in Washington, D.C., known for its proximity to iconic landmarks like the U.S. Capitol, the Supreme Court, and the Library of Congress. The area blends a residential feel with a rich political and cultural history, making it a hub for both local residents and visitors. The neighborhood is home to a mix of families, young professionals, and government employees, and offers a variety of charming cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops. Enjoy Washington, D.C. favorites including The Pretzel Bakery and Sala Thai. If you prefer to stock up with groceries, Trader Joes and Safeway are a mile or less from this unique Capitol Hill home. You'll also be delighted by Eastern Market, DC's destination for fresh food, community events, and on weekends, local farm-fresh produce and handmade arts and crafts.
You can easily traverse Capitol Hill on foot or by bicycle, as the neighborhood is highly walkable with tree-lined streets and historic row houses. Many attractions, including the U.S. Capitol, the Library of Congress, and the Supreme Court, are within walking distance of each other. For longer distances, the neighborhood is well-served by the Stadium Armory Metro Station (Just two blocks away from the home), buses, and Capital Bikeshare stations. If you're looking for a more convenient option, rideshare services are also readily available. Parking can be limited, so walking or using public transit is often the most efficient way to navigate the area.

1) Our properties are protected by Truvi. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.
* Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain.
* Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.

3) While this home is not pet friendly, please get in contact with our Guest Services team and we may be able to find a home which welcomes your pets.
4) We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.
5) If you are booking a flat in Washington DC, we have several parking options. Please inquire about advanced parking pass. Please note that neither Sojourn nor the property owner shall be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to the vehicle or any personal property therein, nor for any injury to the driver, passengers, or any other person, arising out of or in connection with the use of the parking space. Any use of the parking space is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner or driver. Neither Sojourn nor the owner guarantee the safety or security of any vehicle parked in the parking space and disclaims any responsibility for any acts of theft, vandalism, or other criminal activity.
6) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.
7) There is no backyard access; however, there is seating on the front porch.
8) Our Guest Services team can provide you information to the closest laundromat as there is no in-unit washer and dryer.View More

Sojourn was wonderful. We loved the modern amenities along with the old charm of the house. Everything was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Outside area looked lovely, unfortunately we were not able to use it due to the snow and the inauguration events taking place over the weekend. The selections of soaps in the shower, clean towels and bedding greatly appreciated. Amazing choice of spices in the kitchen along with the complimentary electro-light water were quite useful. Inauguration gift was a nice surprise. Hosts were very attentive when we had a problem with the key code. Would love to rent the space again the next time we travel to Washington, D.C.
