From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Amenities
Sojourn was extremely responsive by phone or by text. The view in the photos described the proximity to the surf. Sleep to the sounds of the waves. The decor is simple and uncluttered. I particularly appreciated the note indicating that I should not spend time cleaning up. Not having to worry about dirty dishes and a clean countertop was appealing as we were exiting the apartment. Incredible location right on the beach. Good amount of space inside, which was great with two dogs. Only one parking spot-- you have to park on the street if you have more than one vehicle (and move for street sweeping, etc). Linens were great, but mattresses are so-so. We had a really nice time and look forward to returning. we had the upstairs apartment and it was so nice. we had a beautiful view of the beach. we could sit on the deck and watch the ocean. the apartment was clean and comfortable. 2 bedrooms, one bath, a kitchen with everything u need. the living room had a window that faced the beach. you can email any questions you have and they will get back to you within 10 mins. we will come back. it's so nice. the beach was so peaceful. Nice location great view. Right on the beach.
