From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

The property had everything needed for a short stay. It was clean and comfortable. There were some noise issues with the apartment next door. The apartment would also benefit from area rugs (shown in the photos) to absorb the noise of people walking and talking in the hall.<br/>The host was easy to work with and responsive. My only criticism would be a needed 10 minute grace period for check out. I was loading my suitcases in the car and went back up for my remaining belongings but was locked out of the apartment. The time was 11:02. I called the office and someone was able to get me back into the apartment, but I would recommend the host consider a grace period for a few minutes.<br/>I would definitely stay at another Sojourn property. Overall it was a great place to stay, very clean and looked like the pictures. The only down side to the actual apartment was the water pressure in the shower.<br/>One thing that had a negative impact on my experience was that I was not informed about parking prior to arriving. I was told that my reserved parking spot through the air b&b had been taken and to go look for a parking spot that I had to pay for. I had to ask civilians about how parking works in the area resulting in having to spend copious amounts of time searching for my own parking to avoid getting a ticket or towed. Spending money on a spot and money to get to and from the car (plus about 20/30min each time) was costly and inconvenient. I don’t believe anyone should have had the ability to take a spot reserved for my stay and I not be offered an apology or any kind of compensation. Others that traveled with us and booked different air b&bs did not have this issue making me consider booking elsewhere in the future. Not a big space but good value for money compared to other listings. Great location near to amenities and transport. Very clean with an extremely responsive and helpful host. Unit equipped with everything you would need for a short stay.
