We are still accepting reservations and are following the CDC’s recommendation for cleaning between each guest.
The Sienna Suite is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, condo (sleeps 4) a short drive to Virginia Beach and Ocean View Beach. Every detail has been taken care of to make this a comfortable and unique AirBnb stay.

*There is no ramp or elevator in this house.
There are a total of one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with and high-speed wifi.
The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.
Access is by private door with door code.
Guests will have the entire unit to themselves.
Guests will have total privacy; we are available only when needed.
This property is central to all local Ocean View restaurants.
Parking - Guests are given one parking spot in the parking lot.
We do not have designed street parking - additional parking can be found at the beach access across the street from the building. You cannot park in front the building, all violators will be towed.
House Rules:
For the comfort of all guests, we have a strict no-smoking policy. A $500 fine will be applied if this policy is violated.
We kindly ask that there are no parties or events. Gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy will need to be discontinued unless previously approved by the host.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM onwards, as this is a multi-unit, family-friendly property.
Check-in is available anytime after 4:00 PM.
We welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs or cats. Please ensure pets are not on the beds. If you need to leave your pet alone in the unit, kindly use a crate. If you don't have a crate, please keep all bedroom and bathroom doors closed. Please note that a $75/pet fee will apply to help cover additional cleaning needed.
We kindly ask that you clean up after your pets while outdoors. Please make use of the pet waste station for proper disposal. Please note that excessive pet hair may incur a damages fee.
For safety reasons, fires and fire pits are not permitted on the beach.
Fireworks are prohibited on the beach, as their use poses a significant fire risk. Please note that using fireworks would be considered a breach of the house rules.
To ensure your safety, we kindly ask that you avoid climbing or walking on the rocks along the beach, as they can be very slippery and hazardous.
To maintain a clean and pleasant environment, we ask that glitter not be used in the unit. Any glitter found will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

Free parking garage on premises
Great location, clean place, close to food and the beach. Easy to get in or out. Only negative would parking is for only one vehicle if you have multiple. The unit was great - good location and super convenient. Nicole was also very responsive when we asked for anything. Great place to stay near the beach. Blind in the bedroom was broken. You would think as much money is being made they most certainly could afford to put up a new blind. No blind in the kitchen. Also, very poor quality toilet paper 🧻. I mean $250 a night you would think there would at least be good quality 🧻 . Other than that it was a nice place. Priced a little high for what it was tho. We have stayed in these units before and have always been satisfied with the space. The location is fabulous and we love having the option to stay when we visit our son and soon to be daughter in law. The dollar value is there, especially if you want to cook for your family and not eat out for every meal. <br/>In saying that, the space is convenient and provides what is necessary, however, it would be nice if they provided additional towels, blankets, paper towels and pillows. It is quite sparse. It's hard to cook a meal with limited equipment or basic spices. <br/>I do appreciate the beach chairs and would love beach towels to go with them. <br/>Thanks for providing this space.
