The master bedroom suites have queen hybrid beds, one bedroom with an en-suite bathrooms and plenty of storage. Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

I have to say… this stay stood out above all others. The responsiveness - no ask was to much- was first rate. Proactive cleaning and preparation for seasonal changes. Small issues w shower curtain and and and. Sojourn restored confidence in this kind of service. I enjoyed my 6 months w them. World class. Don’t waste your money. Before we arrived, we were told maintenance will be coming in between 9am-12pm during our stay, which was inconvenient and made us feel unsafe. We noticed the bathroom was freshly used right before we arrived. When we went to bed, we noticed ants crawling in the beds, there were no extra blankets as described in the amenities list, and check in instructions were not clear. We had to call the service line to check in because the code to the door was not sent to us. After explaining there were no blankets, we were told they were in a bin so we checked and all it had in there were towels. We unfortunately did not bring extra blankets, so had to sleep with towels to cover us. You could hear everything that was going on in the house above us, which was not what we expected. We checked out early due to all of the inconveniences. I would not recommend staying here. The price is entirely too high for what you get. Place was perfect for our family visit to DC. Neighborhood was nice and quiet but close to restaurants and even the Safeway. The apartment is perfectly located at 1704 Q St NW - we stayed for a week and had a great time, close to so many parts of DC and to the Metro (including Farragut West stop on the silver line for those coming from Dulles), as well as a Safeway and Whole Foods supermarkets and lively bars and restaurants. Also the Happy Ice Cream cart on 17th St that appears at 4pm, great artisanal ice cream.
The apartment is a cozy size for four people, and being a basement apartment means it is kept cool and shaded in summer, with good a/c. There was some noise from the family upstairs but only in daytime. There’s little or no street noise because it’s a basement apartment.
The facilities all work well, with plenty of hot water in the bathroom. There’s even a kettle in the kitchen and plenty of cooking gear.
