Description
This 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home at The Muriel features a king size bed and two twin sized beds. You can convert the two twin sized beds into one king sized bed if you prefer. If you want to convert the king sized bed into two twin sized beds, please make the request at least 48 hours before your arrival.
Each adult occupant must pay a $45 application fee, which includes a credit, criminal, and eviction check and must execute a lease agreement upon booking.
The space
In the living room, enjoy some time watching your favorite movies on the Smart TV. If you need to work, our home is equipped with a desk, chair, and light. Enjoy a home-cooked meal, or takeout, at the dining room table.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and more. There’s a gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, and a Keurig Coffee Maker. The kitchen also has cooking items including pots and pans, a baking tray, and cooking utensils. There are knives, a cutting board, a strainer, and mixing bowls. There are 4 sets of plates, glasses, mugs, bowls, and flatware.
The home is a vacuum, broom, Swiffer, and ironing board.
Each floor has a shared washer and dryer on each floor.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.
