The space

The open-concept living area is tastefully decorated with soft, beach-inspired colors and comfortable furniture, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day in the sun. The living room flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, sleek countertops, and all the essentials for preparing a meal at home. A raised dining area with elevated chairs offers the perfect setting for intimate dinners or quick bites before heading out.
Both bedrooms are designed for maximum comfort, featuring plush bedding, ceiling fans, and plenty of storage space for your beach gear. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen sized bed. This bedroom offers a door to the balcony where you can take in the sounds of the sea and get views of the ocean. The balcony is complete with two adirondack chairs, an adirondack bench and a side table to relax into.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The house was perfect, loved the bedroom deck, the chairs were perfect for birdwatching while enjoying our cocktails! Perfect location for venturing out in any direction! We’ll definitely stay again! The location was perfect and the fact you could see the Bay even from the kitchen, was pretty nice! Very dog friendly and we even saw lots of dogs in the neighborhood. Angela

We had to come into town for a family emergency, our plans were up in the air however, we were met with the utmost compassion and flexibility. The home was perfect for my family to feel comfortable and have respite during a very trying time. We will need to travel back to the area frequently and would be grateful to stay here again. The snacks and wine left were so incredibly helpful as were the air purifiers and the fans. As a medically high risk family, I have to sanitize every surface upon our arrival , which is usually when I find out the places a cleaner may have missed, this time the sanitizing wipes were perfectly clean after wiping every surface. This home was impeccably cleaned, with nothing missed! I’m so thankful that during such a trying time, my family had this home to decompress. This is very comfortable and well maintained, as well as its in a very safe area. Being able to see the bay from the second floor balcony was such a great way to recharge. Thank you again! Angela

My family had to travel to the area for a family emergency. My trip was very last minute and was fluid due to funeral arrangements and winter storms, they were very compassionate and flexible in assisting me with my booking. I had asked for a fan and an air purifier, once notified that they were not in place prior to my arrival,the items were delivered right away. This was a very comfortable home perfect for my family during our time in the area. As a medically complex family, we surface sanitize the entire house prior to bringing our items in, usually I find odd places the cleaners miss during this process. In this home, that was not the case, it was very clean. The only place that I noticed that even left the slightest mark on my wipe was a handle on the inside of a closet and a lower shelf of a table, every other surface was impeccably clean, far better than any other unit I’ve stayed in! The bowl of snacks and bottle of wine was very appreciated as was the Keurig coffee machine.
