Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

This is the perfect place from which to explore DC! Very walkable to restaurants and shopping, downtown areas as well as the National Mall and museums. It is on the second floor, the outside staircase is the only one you will have to navigate - we thought for some reason there would be one inside and there was not. We navigated it with 50 lb large suitcases and it was doable. It felt very comfortable and had exactly what we needed, it would have been great for a longer stay as well. The beds were firm, but comfortable. There is some noise you can hear in the front bedroom, but generally what you’d expect from an apartment in the city. Sojourn’s representatives were helpful, communicative, and ensured we had what we needed for our stay. I would book here again!
