The space
A 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a king and queen bed. One bathroom features a walk in shower and one a tub/shower. All apartments are fully appointed with high end linens and soaps. The local design experts assisted in the choice of furniture, fixtures, household goods, colors, and artwork. Don't forget to get a work out in at our fitness center. Guest access
Your apartment number will be shared with you 48 hours prior to your arrival. You will pick up keys and parking passes at the front desk. Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation with out refund.
Some buildings or insurance providers require that Sojourn collect identification from its guest. You agree to provide this information upon the confirmation of your booking to the reservation can be cancelled. This policy is also in place to keep you and our guests and tenants safe.
For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted any where in the interior of our building or within thirty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)
Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.
Parking Information
Driving to your Sojourn? Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Sojourn and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your vehicle or its contents. We cannot guarantee the safety or security of any parking location and disclaim liability for any incidents. Thank you for your understanding.
Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Exterior security cameras on property
Beautiful place to stay in walkable neighborhood near the Metro. The space and accommodations worked perfectly for our family, and I would happily return. The apartment was spacious and light. We found the bed particularly comfortable. The location was very walkable. There was a nail place and grocery in the building! Was looking for a place close to DC for the 4th of July. Was an easy Uber rider into DC. We didn't want to be bothered with 4th of July fireworks traffic but still wanted to see the fireworks, and we had a great view from the balcony. Condo was very clean, check-in was easy...almost like checking into a hotel as you have to get the key fob from the doorman. Doorman was super cool and very nice. On the second night, we struggled with restaurant choices, and the host gave some great recommendations within walking distance, loved Hawkers. Ill just also add that checkout was the best experience I've had while using Airbnb. Will definitely stay again next time in the area. We had an amazing stay here! The rooms are big, nice, and feel pretty modern, the host was friendly.<br/>I highly recommend this place.
