The first bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed. *There is no ramp or elevator in this house* There is one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. Amenities: Air Conditioning & Heating: Stay comfortable year-round with our climate control system. Free Parking: Convenient, hassle-free parking on the premises - one space is provided and assigned. Kitchen: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, oven/stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware, utensils, and dishes. Whip up your favorite meals! 55" TV in the Living Room: Relax and unwind with your favorite shows and movies. Bathroom: Enjoy a soothing bath in the bathtub. Any vehicle that is parked on the street by a guest, and is not responding to communication on rectifying this in a timely manner, will be towed. This is a requirement by the City, and we will be enforcing it. House Rules: For the comfort of all guests, we have a strict no-smoking policy. A $500 fine will be applied if this policy is violated. We kindly ask that there are no parties or events. Gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy will need to be discontinued unless previously approved by the host. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM onwards, as this is a multi-unit, family-friendly property. Check-in is available anytime after 4:00 PM. We welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs or cats. Please ensure pets are not on the beds. If you need to leave your pet alone in the unit, kindly use a crate. If you don't have a crate, please keep all bedroom and bathroom doors closed. Please note that a $75/pet fee will apply to help cover additional cleaning needed. We kindly ask that you clean up after your pets while outdoors. Please make use of the pet waste station for proper disposal. Please note that excessive pet hair may incur a damages fee. For safety reasons, fires and fire pits are not permitted on the beach. Fireworks are prohibited on the beach, as their use poses a significant fire risk. Please note that using fireworks would be considered a breach of the house rules. To ensure your safety, we kindly ask that you avoid climbing or walking on the rocks along the beach, as they can be very slippery and hazardous. To maintain a clean and pleasant environment, we ask that glitter not be used in the unit. Any glitter found will result in a $100 cleaning fee. Please note that we shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to the vehicle or any personal property therein, nor for any injury to the driver, passengers, or any other person, arising out of or in connection with the use of the parking space. The place was homey very clean and well put together, but then one morning when we get up our fruits on the table was eaten by rats that was disgusting

This location is a nice spot if you wish to be close to the beach. The pictures display how the home looked and the host responded as needed. <br/>Some takeaways that could be improved are the following: <br/>1. The house was not cleaned throughly. The hallway smelled rancid. There was a dog stench in the unit, fur on the couch and throughout the bathroom, toilets not cleaned and the bedrooms had small bugs. I had to re-clean the unit upon arrival. <br/>2. Parking spaces. We are all assigned a parking space; however, if someone parks in your assigned spot, the host gives you directions to park elsewhere. I thought this process was unfair, especially when you are not familiar with the area, towing process and the spot comes with the Airbnb selection. <br/>3. Neighbors were partying all day and all night. No regard for anyone else. I can commend the host for shutting parties down. <br/>These are easy fixes that could be made to improve the experience for your future guests.

Can walk across street to the beach. Quiet location. Nice layout, comfortable for 2 adults. Only 1 set of towels provided per person for the week. Wish it had laundry facilities but found a laundromat that was less than 10min away. Glad I brought extra beach towels and some of my own washcloths. I appreciated how fast they responded to questions and needs.

Was a great place to stay for our quick weekend trip. Nicole was quickly responsive to any questions we had, and the apartment was clean and tidy. The place was walkable to restaurants and the beach nearby as well.
