## Description

A chic beach shack. This simple apartment is steps to toes in the sand and comes with beach chairs. A 1 BR/1 BA home appointed for short or long term stays. The apartment has 1 queen beds, two twin beds (day bed) and one queen sleeper sofa, feather pillows, sevenfold towels, all weather down duvets, central heat and air, a futon with linens and a fabulous shared deck. Walk out your door turn right and walk onto the beach. Enjoy epic Chesapeake bay sunsets and the luxury of a quiet safe beach. The space Beach Construction Notice: The City of Norfolk will begin a sand replacement project on Toler Place and Willoughby Beach (from 11th View St to the terminal groin) in response to significant erosion from recent high tides. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, beginning in late May 2025 and continuing through late July 2025. You will have to use the beach from 11th Bay and down to enjoy the beach. Please be aware that the impacted section of the beach will be closed during work hours but will reopen in the evenings and on weekends. Alternate access to the beach is available via 11th View St and other nearby entry points. Pets allowed. $75 per pet per week. Pet fee is requested after booking. Each apartment gets two parking spaces. Please request permission for more than 2 cars. Please note the beach facing deck photos are not meant to be misleading, the deck is a shared deck for the entire apartment building. Beach essentials included are beach towels and chairs. No other beach essentials indicated by Airbnb or other marketing channels are included in this listing.The Airbnb beach essentials links indicates that snorkeling equipment is a beach essential, we do not provide snorkeling equipment. This team communicates swiftly and accurately. I was shocked with how fast they handled one of my request. The outside deck is so cool to have a cup of coffee or wine with whoever you come with. I was able to get everywhere I needed with no problem. I'll definitely stay here again.
