- 2026-04-08T17:41:47Z · 4/5: The apartment is tiny but well located and quiet at night. More suitable for one guest than two, although it worked for us because we are on different schedules. The hall is too narrow for two people to pass each other, even flattening against a wall, and partly obstructed by a mounted flat screen TV. The kitchen is well equipped but cramped with no table and just one love seat, too small for two people to occupy at once. The bed is comfortable but partly obstructed and just inches from the wall on three sides. We used the kitchen sink to groom, the bathroom sink is about the size of a salad plate. That said, it had a Hobbit-y charm, and it was easy for one person to sleep while another groomed or hung out on the seat in the kitchenette. A very safe and peaceful location.
- 2024-06-20T19:13:57Z · 4/5: This is a basement unit. I stayed for a little over a month in May-June. After the first couple weeks of my stay, I encountered some issues with centipedes. There were some days where I killed between 10-20 centipedes in the span of a few hours. I notified the host of the issue. The host was responsive to my concerns and tried to address the issue. They put down a deterrent which helped for about a week. Then the weather got hotter and more centipedes came through the cracks in the walls/floor/ceiling. I notified the host that the deterrent was not working. They sent someone to fog the unit a few days later. However, after they fogged my unit, they did not clean up the dead bugs. I was ultimately grossed out by the bugs because I had dealt with them for about a month at this point, and I decided to move. The host was understanding and issued a refund for the remainder of my stay.
