Just steps to toes in the sand, this cozy beach shack has all you need for a short or long term stay. The apartment comes with great beach chairs. A 2 bedroom/1 bath set appointed for short or long term stays. The apartment has 2 queen beds, feather pillows, sevenfold towels, all weather down duvets, central heat and air, a futon with linens and a fabulous shared deck. Walk out your door turn right and walk onto the beach. Enjoy epic Chesapeake bay sunsets and the luxury of a quiet safe beach. The space Beach Construction Notice: The City of Norfolk will begin a sand replacement project on Toler Place and Willoughby Beach (from 11th View St to the terminal groin) in response to significant erosion from recent high tides. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, beginning in late May 2025 and continuing through late July 2025. You will have to use the beach from 11th Bay and down to enjoy the beach. Please be aware that the impacted section of the beach will be closed during work hours but will reopen in the evenings and on weekends. Alternate access to the beach is available via 11th View St and other nearby entry points. Special things to note: Each apartment gets two parking spaces. Please request permission for more than 2 cars. Please note that neither Sojourn nor the property owner shall be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to the vehicle or any personal property therein, nor for any injury to the driver, passengers, or any other person, arising out of or in connection with the use of the parking space. Any use of the parking space is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner or driver. Neither Sojourn nor the owner guarantee the safety or security of any vehicle parked in the parking space and disclaims any responsibility for any acts of theft, vandalism, or other criminal activity.
