For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. ★ HOT TUB ★ The hot tub is open seasonally from April 1-Nov 1. ★ NOT A PET-FRIENDLY HOME ★ We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. Should you bring pets without obtaining prior permission from the host, there will be a $400 infraction fee, and your stay will be subject to cancellation with no refund and an expedited eviction. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside of the home. If you smoke outside the home, please clean up after. ★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★ All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the home. ★ NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS ★ For the safety and tranquility of our guests and neighbors, we strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its condition for future guests and your return visits. We do not accept reservations from individuals under the age of 25, especially for high school or college parties.

The home was the perfect size for our family of (4) to enjoy a long weekend. We lived on the screened porch, taking in the relaxing woodsy views. The location is ideal - you’re tucked away on a quiet private street with beach access, but you’re still in the middle of the action. We could walk to the bookstore, lighthouse, and Kind Cup and could also easily walk to Northern Lights bakery and mini-golf for the kids. Can’t wait to come back.

The village near by was so sweet and I loved going every morning. The hosts were incredibly communicative and very fast to respond. Much appreciated. There's so much to explore and I cannot wait to return one day!

No garish cookie cutter items, this is a unique and carefully curated home. Super walkable to excellent options, close to the beach, we felt like locals as soon as we arrived. Cannot wait to return to this little slice of paradise.
