Pet Policy Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. - 2026-08-15T18:21:37Z · 5/5: Enjoyed my stay so much! The host was always helpful, the walk to work or workouts was super easy and enjoyable. There are so many great brunch spots and an amazing flea market every weekend. Also the eastern market metro station was really close making the option to explore other parts of DC really easy. The air bnb itself was nice and clean and easy to maintain myself. Very thankful that dished were provided as well as a coffee maker and even baking materials!
- 2023-08-19T17:59:23Z · 5/5: I stayed in this place while working a summer job in DC. It's in a nice neighborhood and has a street of restaurants and businesses directly next to it. It's also a five-minute walk from the gray, blue, and orange lines in DC (i.e., easy to get around). It's fairly small, and the walls are thin, but it does the trick. The management team is incredibly responsive and offers white-glove service.
