Pet Policy Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. - 2024-02-20T18:29:34Z · 4/5: Pros: Overall I had a good stay here. Nicole, Dave, Joe, and Cinsere were all great! Location was next to the beach, highway, and cheap gas. You can easily walk to get food if you don’t have a car. Didn’t have to do anything for check out. Cons: •If your car does not have a backup camera, parking will be your worst nightmare. Parking is tight and cramped here, especially on weekends. If someone is in the spot you paid money to park in, management will tell you to park someplace else 🙂. •Laundry is located in the building next door and you have to pay (quarters only) •No outlet in bathroom. You have to do your hair on the floor of the room or in the kitchen.
