Thoughtful extras including shower soap/shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher and dish soap. Towels and bed linens supplied. A welcome basket with a bottle of wine and snacks. The property was in better shape than previous years; hallways and cobwebs had been cleaned. The actual unit was in pretty good shape; floors and baseboards could use a deeper scrub. The dryer struggled to efficiently dry clothes/towels. A wall hook and toilet paper roll fell off. Porch was clean with outdoor furniture in great shape. It can get loud on a Friday/Saturday night outside the master bedroom due to a bar across the street.
