There is no ramp or elevator in this house.
There are a total of one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with cable and high-speed wifi.
The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.
Access is by private door with door code. Guests will have the entire house to themselves.
Guests will have total privacy; we are available only when needed.
This property is central to all local Ocean View restaurants.
Guests are given one parking spot (2) in the lot.
All additional vehicles will need to park on the street. Host is not responsible for issues associated with street parking. Please note that we shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to the vehicle or any personal property therein, nor for any injury to the driver, passengers, or any other person, arising out of or in connection with the use of the parking space. Any use of the parking space is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner or driver. We do not guarantee the safety or security of any vehicle parked in the parking space and disclaims any responsibility for any acts of theft, vandalism, or other criminal activity.
House Rules:
For the comfort of all guests, we have a strict no-smoking policy. A $500 fine will be applied if this policy is violated.
We kindly ask that there are no parties or events. Gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy will need to be discontinued unless previously approved by the host.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM onwards, as this is a multi-unit, family-friendly property.
Check-in is available anytime after 4:00 PM.
We welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs or cats. Please ensure pets are not on the beds. If you need to leave your pet alone in the unit, kindly use a crate. If you don't have a crate, please keep all bedroom and bathroom doors closed. Please note that a $75/pet fee will apply to help cover additional cleaning needed.
We kindly ask that you clean up after your pets while outdoors. Please make use of the pet waste station for proper disposal. Please note that excessive pet hair may incur a damages fee.
For safety reasons, fires and fire pits are not permitted on the beach.
Fireworks are prohibited on the beach, as their use poses a significant fire risk. Please note that using fireworks would be considered a breach of the house rules.
To ensure your safety, we kindly ask that you avoid climbing or walking on the rocks along the beach, as they can be very slippery and hazardous.
To maintain a clean and pleasant environment, we ask that glitter not be used in the unit. Any glitter found will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

Nicole was very responsive every time I reached out. The house had all the amenities listed. It is an older apartment with upgraded features that's not easily noticed in the listing. However, the upgrades are nice and everything was well put together decor wise. The house is close to the beach, feature I didn't take advantage of due to being winter, but would be really nice during the summer. A

Terrible location
The property sits by an old ran down house and apartment building that is abandoned. Also, I wasn’t informed that there were people above us and they had another dog and I brought my service dog and wasn’t informed he would have to share a yard. We had to leave the property! VRBO said they could not help us because we booked through a third party. Well I wasn’t aware that you could do that. So I will not be booking with them anymore. I feel very misinformed so beware! The third party would not refund our money and we didn’t t even stay there one night! The other dog was being handled by two small children. I voiced my concern and they didn’t care. I love all dogs but I cannot take the chance that something happens to my service dog that we have thousands of dollars in. They did offer to move us to another property after 3 hours of telling them we had to leave. I already had at this point went to a hotel. We had driven 13 hours. We needed a place to rest! Benjamin
