Pet Policy Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. I've visited other Airbnbs in DC at this price point and they are usually English basements and can be a little dated. Although this place is on the smaller side, it was worth it for me to have it nicely renovated and comfortable.
- 2022-01-13T20:04:45Z · 5/5: This apartment was perfectly sized for me, my boyfriend and our dog. The apartment was incredibly clean, and in an incredible spot for food! All of the restaurants that we tried right on the strip were beyond incredible. And just a quick drive into the city to all of the monuments and museums! It was difficult to find parking but if it was summer time we would have just walked everywhere if we could! wasn’t a problem. 10/10 would recommend to a friend
