Pet Policy Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays. Mosquito Disclosure Washington, DC’s warm, humid climate makes mosquitoes common and often unavoidable during the warmer months, particularly in outdoor spaces. - 2026-08-08T17:09:01Z · 5/5: My daughter and her husband stayed here for the entire summer while she was interning in DC, and they had a wonderful experience. The owners were incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating, especially since they were able to help them book the apartment on very short notice after their original housing plans fell through. They were so helpful throughout the entire stay and always quick to respond whenever anything came up. The building is older, so there were a few minor maintenance issues, but the management team w as very responsive and took care of everything promptly. The location was excellent, on a beautiful, clean, and quiet street with neighbors that were very kind to them in a great neighborhood. My daughter’s husband also worked from home during their stay, and the Wi-Fi was excellent and the apartment provided a very comfortable setup for working remotely. Overall, they couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the summer. The owners wer
