The Opal Suite is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, condo (sleeps 2) a short drive to Virginia Beach and Ocean View Beach. Every detail has been taken care of to make this a comfortable and unique AirBnb stay.

Bedroom 1: The bedroom has a queen size bed
*There is no ramp or elevator in this house.
There are a total of one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with and high-speed wifi.
The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.
Access is by private door with door code.
Guests will have the entire unit to themselves.
Guests will have total privacy; we are available only when needed.
This property is central to all local Ocean View restaurants.

We do not have designed street parking - additional parking can be found at the beach access across the street from the building. You cannot park in front the building, all violators will be towed.
House Rules:
For the comfort of all guests, we have a strict no-smoking policy. A $500 fine will be applied if this policy is violated.
We kindly ask that there are no parties or events. Gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy will need to be discontinued unless previously approved by the host.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM onwards, as this is a multi-unit, family-friendly property.
Check-in is available anytime after 4:00 PM.
We welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs or cats. Please ensure pets are not on the beds. If you need to leave your pet alone in the unit, kindly use a crate. If you don't have a crate, please keep all bedroom and bathroom doors closed. Please note that a $75/pet fee will apply to help cover additional cleaning needed.
We kindly ask that you clean up after your pets while outdoors. Please make use of the pet waste station for proper disposal. Please note that excessive pet hair may incur a damages fee.
For safety reasons, fires and fire pits are not permitted on the beach.
Fireworks are prohibited on the beach, as their use poses a significant fire risk. Please note that using fireworks would be considered a breach of the house rules.
To ensure your safety, we kindly ask that you avoid climbing or walking on the rocks along the beach, as they can be very slippery and hazardous.
To maintain a clean and pleasant environment, we ask that glitter not be used in the unit. Any glitter found will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

Really enjoyed the stay!<br/>Pros:<br/>1. Responsive and friendly host<br/>2. Great beach access: 5 min walk to a family-friendly and chill beach! Especially relative to VA Beach boardwalk. We always found a spot to set up a small tent, even on 4th of July weekend!<br/>3. Good location! VA Beach is 30 mins away; other good Norfolk eats are within a 15 min radius. Outlets are close too!<br/>Cons:<br/>1. Ceiling is quite thin; we heard the upstairs neighbor just walking around from 11 pm to about 5 am. Probably isn’t/won’t be the norm, and the host reached out to all tenants asking them to respect quiet hours<br/>2. Furniture: Bed mattress is sinking in the middle. Couch looks pretty beat up, albeit clean.<br/>Overall enjoyed the stay! Great location, good price for places close to the beach. Perfect for a couple! Very nice place comfortable Nicole’s place was very comfortable and cozy! The inside looked just like the pictures posted. We enjoyed our time there!
