- 2023-09-02T17:30:21Z · 5/5: Great apartment and great location (quiet, residential area). The only downside is the oven is a two-in-one oven and microwave. So it can cook on convection at high temps (as well as microwave) but it is quite small. Otherwise, great rental!

- 2022-08-14T20:30:50Z · 5/5: I stayed here for 3 months. Location: The location is really excellent, especially if you’re working as an intern or a young professional. There is a Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods and several coffee shops in walking distance, as well as an impressive range of really good restaurants. There’s an orangetheory and a soulcycle within a 5 minute walk. The metro station is just a block away. The bus station is a block away. A city bike rack is a block away. There’s a zip car literally right next to the building, and even if that one’s taken, there are a few in the neighborhood. And there’s a heavy Uber/Lyft presence in the area. You can’t get better than that. The building: I believe Sojourn owns a few if not most of the apartments in the building, which is a great thing because it gave more of a hotel vibe where you’re not stepping on toes by only being there for a short time because most everyone else is too. Packages were safely delivered. I felt safe. Garbage disposal was easy. And there is a barbecue at the front with a seating area which I never used but saw several other people use and it looked lovely. The apartment: It looked exactly like the pictures. The A/C is excellent (if you’re staying in DC in the summer this is a HUGE plus). The washer/dryer work well. Shower pressure is good. The couch is super comfortable, both by itself and pulled out. And they have multiple streaming services on their two tvs, one in the living room, one in the bedroom. The bed was very comfortable too. And the whole apartment gets great natural light. Sojourn: the sojourn team is amazing! Very responsive the whole time. For example, the step trash can lid wasn’t working properly and they responded immediately and delivered a new trash can the next morning. I believe they own a few properties so they are really professionals. Check in/check out was easy.
