Pet Policy Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays. Mosquito Disclosure Washington, DC’s warm, humid climate makes mosquitoes common and often unavoidable during the warmer months, particularly in outdoor spaces. While we take reasonable measures to maintain and treat the property, mosquito activity outdoors is a naturally occurring environmental condition beyond our control. - 2026-02-06T18:21:41Z · 4/5: Ok, Stayed for just over a month. Ultimately the place was great. I’m married male but was here by myself. It was good for me! Had everything you wanted and nothing you didn’t. Kitchen was stocked well enough. Bathroom was solid. All the household items were there, even detergent and dishwasher soap. So I was set there. I’d stay again. I liked DuPont Circle a lot and found a gym with a $1 month down the way, overall it felt homey real fast. Things that could be improved, I think they can update the TV, a bit larger would be great. There was a bunch of issues with the pipes, it was winter so they aren’t to blame, but be sure to have some extra water handy if you are here in a heavy snow! For me I was fine and it is to be expected with an old home. My main thing is here, the water pressure is low and the bed was old. Pillows were not even white at this point. I was in the military so like I can do with lackluster pillows, but they were just a bit yellow and that I didn’t love.
