Pet Policy Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. - 2026-05-03T19:53:09Z · 5/5: Great location near Dupont Circle, a lively, safe neighbourhood with easy access to the Red Line. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond to any questions or issues. Well-equipped! It would be great if the description mentioned that the flat is split into two separate units (bedroom separate from living area), meaning there are two entrance doors opposite each other in the hallway. The flat is located in the basement next to the laundry room. The window in the bedroom can’t be opened. The mattress in the apartment was very soft and uneven in some parts; would not recommend longer stays to people with back issues (though it must be noted that the host quickly provided a topper). Stayed for three months and would definitely recommend!
