Just steps away from the sand, Sojourn's Sanctuary Seaside Escape is a 2 BR/2BA oceanside condo in the Sanctuary at False Cape Condos. The Sanctuary is an exquisite condo building located in the heart of Sandbridge. This ocean-side building offers luxurious amenities, breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, and an unparalleled sense of tranquility. The Seaside Escape will immediately greet you with a sense of relaxation and comfort, the perfect ingredients for a tranquil summer sojourn. Please read all details in the Other Things to Note section of this listing. The space The living room is elegantly furnished with a plush sectional sofas, perfect for lounging after a long day at the beach. Double sliding glass doors allow direct access to the patio, pool and bbq area and a place to take in the salty breeze. The condo has an open concept living area, which seamlessly flows into the dining area and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. The dining table seats eight, making it the perfect spot for a family dinner or a game night. The master bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features a shower, and dual sinks, complete with Lather Bath products and Frette towels. The second bedroom has a queen bed and and is decorated with neutral beach tones for an enjoyable and relaxing night sleep. The second bathroom is conveniently located in the hall and has a shower This home has high speed WiFi, in unit washer dryer, central heat and air and plenty of linens. All TV's are programmed with free netflix and hulu. We do not have traditional cable. The Sanctuary condo building offers amenities that will make your vacation even more enjoyable. Take a dip in the outdoor pool, relax on the sun deck or make family meals on the abundance of outdoor BBQ’s, If you're feeling active, head to the fitness center for a workout or take a run on the sand! When you're ready to hit the beach, simply walk down the private boardwalk and you'll be steps away from the soft sand and refreshing water. Sojourn homes come complete with beach chairs and umbrellas for guests, making it easy to spend the day lounging and soaking up the sun. ~Lightning fast 150 Mbps WiFi is complimentary ~Netflix and Hulu are complimentary ~ Assigned, dedicated on-site parking ~Full-size washer and dryer in the unit complimentary for guest use. ~Towels and linens are included complimentary. ~Some Beach chairs and boogey boards are also available complimentary (seasonal) ~Access to condo amenities like the pools are included complimentary (vary by season). ~Pools are open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. between Memorial Day and Labor Day. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item. Parking Information The Sanctuary comes with 1-2 parking spots per condo, please inquire. Pet Policy The Sanctuary has a no-pet policy. Only service animals are permitted with written documentation on letterhead from a licensed professional currently providing treatment to a guest of the reservation which identifies the need for the service animals and confirms the guest is currently treated by such professional. - 2023-11-28T18:53:49Z · 5/5: This place was amazing. The only flaw is it’s on the inside and you can’t see the ocean at all from the building. But they make you aware of that before your stay, so I was not upset about it. The beachfront is right outside your building. The place was equipped with literally anything you could need for a beach stay. I was very very impressed with this unit. The host was absolutely wonderful as well.
