Laundry Info: There is laundry available in the basement to be used at your convenience located in the basement of the building. There is detergent and dryer sheets for your use above the appliances. Kitchenette: There is no stove/oven but we do have a toaster oven. The Eastern Markets are just a short walk, as is the Capitol South Metro station for all your travels around the city. Dunniela being responsive, understanding, and attentive was also a big plus. Although, if you scrutinize the photo, you may be able to discerne that it is a pull out couch, it's mentioned in the description if you drill down. The towels were ample and the unit had excellent air conditioning. Sundries are provided. The 'kitchen' was stocked with things necessary to prep, eat and clean, with all appliances in good order. As it's 'micro', there's only a desk chair and for two people to sit, you had to put in the couch. It looks like I may have been the first person to do this as the dust was thick and it complained as I shoved it back into its contorted state. LOL The bedding was comfortable for a pull out couch. Parking is for residents and by zone, so make sure to contact the host about options to avoid being ticketed and / or towed. I had no problem with parking at all thanks to the host. All-in-all, an excellent experience for what it was at the height of demand. I didn't experience any noise above me, unlike some other reviewers, and other than the trash pickup early one morning there was hardly any street noise. The AC worked perfectly, which was critical with the intense heat. The pull-out sofa was comfortable enough, though a real bed might be a better long-term solution.
