## Description

The Current Suite is a 2 bedroom, 1-bathroom, condo (sleeps 4) a short drive to Virginia Beach and Ocean View Beach. Every detail has been taken care of to make this a comfortable and unique AirBnb stay. Also available for monthly rental. Please submit inquiry for monthly availability. -All utilities included in monthly rent Parking - Guests are given one parking spot in the parking lot. We do not have designed street parking - additional parking can be found at the beach access across the street. Beach chairs are available. The space Bedroom 1: First Bedroom has a queen size bed Bedroom 2: Second Bedroom has a queen size bed \*There is no ramp or elevator in this house. There are a total of one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with and high-speed wifi. The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed. Guest access Our home is contactless, seamless and easy self check in. A code will be set for you and shared before your arrival. Other things to note At Sojourn, we’re committed to making your stay seamless, serene, and comfortable. Every one of our homes is thoughtfully appointed with everything you need to settle in and relax—from high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs to fully stocked kitchens and freshly laundered linens, Frette towels, hairdryers and luxurious Lather brand soaps. Our team is also just a message away, with thoughtful communication from the moment you book to the day you depart. Before your stay, we kindly ask you to review the following important information to ensure a smooth arrival and peaceful experience: Guest Verification with Truvi To protect our homes and enhance your peace of mind, Sojourn partners with Truvi, a third-party guest verification platform. Property Access & Maintenance From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding. Baby Gear (Optional Add-On) Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item. Parking Information Driving to your Sojourn? Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Sojourn and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your vehicle or its contents. We cannot guarantee the safety or security of any parking location and disclaim liability for any incidents. Thank you for your understanding. Pet Policy Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays. I never felt like I needed to complain, I was worried about it the first night but it got quiet after awhile so I appreciated the fact the neighbors were mindful of time. Everybody was nice. Everything was easy. I absolutely would stay again ! It felt like I was a home
- 2025-12-27T21:16:53Z · 5/5: We had a great stay with our two dogs! This Airbnb was exactly what we needed as we were in town to visit family for the holidays. At check-in the code I was provided with for the door wasn’t working and I called the number I was given and they helped me out immediately! I had seen some reviews beforehand that the unit wasn’t very sound isolated. Yes - you can hear the downstairs neighbors somewhat well and there was one night they were playing some loud music throughout the night. But honestly, we didn’t have an issue with it and we were aware of this before booking as well.
