The space Our 5 bedroom + open living area, 2-bathroom home is perfect for family vacations or a weekend getaway. This spacious home provides the perfect mix of comfort and fun. Located in the Tidewater area, enjoy the beautiful outdoors in the sunroom & covered porch for a peaceful getaway. - Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen for cooking enthusiasts, with a coffee maker, and toaster. Coffee and tea are available for guests. - Bedrooms: Comfortable queen bed with adjustable dimming lights. Spacious closets and dressers to store your clothes are available. - Living area: Bright with natural light, decorated with art pieces and indoor plants. Many games/books are available for you to enjoy in the space. Exchange laughs and stories around the electric fireplace. - Laundry: Washer and dryer located in the bathroom. - Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a shower and tub. Stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries. - Backyard: A spacious, fully fenced oasis perfect for entertaining or relaxing, featuring cozy Adirondack chairs, a roaring fire pit for cool nights, and a BBQ grill ready for weekend cookouts with friends and family! Beach chairs are available. Important Notice: Patio Sliding Door Temporarily Out of Order The exterior sliding glass patio door is currently out of order and cannot be used. A repair has been scheduled and is expected to be completed within approximately two weeks. Pet Policy Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. - 2026-08-25T13:14:43Z · 5/5: The house is beautiful and spacious. It was 9 of us plus my dog and we all fit comfortably in our own rooms. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We loved ocean view beach, calm and not too many people. The only thing I want to mention is that there was a lot of flies going around the house! I’d suggest to bring bug and fly spray. Other than that everything was just amazing. Definitely we will return.

The most importantly bathroom/toilets, towels and bed sheets were clean which is really important for us. I specifically liked their sunroom setup with an extended dining table for a big family. I would highly recommend this place.
