The best part has to be the location tho, right next to the train station, a nice park/tennis court, and some great cafes.

Die Miete der Wohnung war nicht so günstig, aber ich würde die Wohnung jedem empfehlen und würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Der Service war ausgezeichnet. Innerhalb von Minuten wurden alle Fragen beantwortet. Sehr zuverlässig. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung stimmte genau. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit in Washington D.C.

Nicely decorated, not cluttered, the kitchen is well equipped. As someone said earlier you can hear the neighbor above a little, but everyone was respectful and quiet, no noise in the night. It is a quiet neighborhood as well, for a good restful sleep. In all worth the money.
- 2024-04-30T20:46:31Z · 4/5: Mir hat der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Ich war 3 Monate dort. Toll war, dass Soujorn immer erreichbar war und sehr schnell antwortete. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Mir hat die Einrichtung gut gefallen. Praktisch sind die Einbauschränke, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Wohnung ist größer, als ich dachte. Unschlagbar ist die Lage, das ist das Beste an der Wohnung! Was man wissen sollte: Die Wohnung ist extrem hellhörig. Man hört stark die Nachbarn oben und unten. Der Boden besteht aus alten Dielen, sodass man hört, wenn die Nachbarn auf diesem laufen. Zudem ist die Wohnung nicht für 4 Personen geeignet. In dem Bett können zwar 2 Personen schlafen, aber das Schlafsofa ist nur für eine Person geeignet. Zudem ist es kein richtiges Schlafsofa und extrem unbequem. Dies würde ich nur für 1-2 Nächte empfehlen. Mich hat sehr geärgert, dass es zwar einen schönen Garten gibt, aber alle 6 Stühle kaputt waren. Sie wurden auch auf mehrfache Nachfrage nicht ersetzt.
