This is a great place to stay while visiting D.C. The place is cozy, private, quiet, and you will feel right at home upon check-in. The host is very courteous, responsive, and flexible with your check-in time, if the circumstance allows. It’s also very close to all the places you would want to sightsee or visit in and out D.C. I truly enjoyed my stay there and won’t hesitate to book the place again when I am in the area.

Cute neighborhood in DuPont Circle with super easy access to the Metro. Lots of restaurants in a very walkable area. 

The apartment did what it needed to do. Allow for a place to sleep comfortably and shower. Most of our time was spent out in the city.

This was a perfect spot - such a great neighborhood, super quiet but so near restaurants, shops, and the Eastern Market metro stop. And an easy walk to the Capitol, and the National Mall. The apartment itself was super comfortable. It had everything needed, even laundry downstairs. A perfect oasis for a DC trip, I highly recommend it!

We loved our time at this property! The fire place was so cozy and our favorite part. Super convenient location next to the metro to explore all DC had to offer. 

Sojourn was super flexible with check-in and check-out which was the icing on top of the cake!

I had a lovely solo stay at this studio space in E Capitol Hill. It was about 10 minutes walk to Eastern Market and 20 to Union Station. The bed is more like a full/double size but that was fine since I was by myself. Delightfully clean and pretty, which is so important when choosing airbnb over a hotel! It can get cold although there is a space heater. Cool standalone bathtub. They also immediately notified me when I left something behind and offered to mail it to me. Thanks for a nice little stay.

Great location in easy walking distance of restaurants and more. Host was very helpful and quick to respond, and the space was well-stocked with everything I needed. There is no thermostat in the apartment, so I had to message the host to adjust the temperature but they did so reasonably quickly. Overall very happy with my stay!

A simple place to stay, clean and compact. I've been here multiple times and it is an easy place to come and go.

This location worked very well for our commute to the Convention Center daily. Upon entering there were a few minor cleanliness issues (ceiling fans, air returns) however Sojourn quickly had people over to address.

The place looked like the pictures and I was not disappointed. The only primary inconvenience was not having parking directly by the home. There is a parking space 3 blocks away and is 35 dollars daily.

I would stay here again.

Amazing location and amazing stay! Very beautiful historic townhouse. Suite was very easy to access and very clear instruction. I had a short business trip where flexibility and ease of access was key. This was absolutely perfect coupled with the charm of the historic building and neighborhood! A definite 5-star experience!

This great apartment was exactly as advertised.  Spacious, cozy, clean, convenient and located on a quiet street.  Location is excellent and this space provides a great option for people attending conferences at the Washington Hilton.

The hosts were very responsive and were able to make accommodations for me both for a slightly early check-in and to hold bags past check-out time on my last day; this may not always be possible but they went the extra mile to help.

I would definitely stay again if the opportunity allows.

Beautiful home in immaculate condition.  Kitchen fully equipped.  As others have noted, claw foot tub has high sides and shower head does not seem to work, but the handheld spray did.  No grab bars or anti-skid coating on the bottom of the tub/shower.  Overall, a great place and would happily return.

I stayed here for a weekend wedding in Georgetown and had a great time. The apartment was as-described, check-in was easy and the host even allowed me to leave my luggage in the apartment many hours early so that I didn’t have to lug my bags around before check-in! The host was also very responsive to any questions and requests. The only downside was the mattress—very, VERY hard. But considering the great location, responsive host and experience as a whole, this place gets top marks. Will definitely stay again when I return to DC!

This home was right around the corner from my sister-in-laws rental. She has roommates so spending any time there would be too cramped with my family of 4. This home allowed us to spend wonderful family time together and ultimately saved us money since we didn't have to go out every meal. We made pizza the first night and the only thing the kitchen was missing was a pizza cutter. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable (all different firmness levels), nice outside space which is very rare for the area. It is close to the a Metro station and walkable to Safeway. I was one of the first to book the home and I feel like we received a bit of a discount because it was a new listing. We would love to come back next time we are in DC but it may end up being outside of our budget. Either way, we had a great stay and would recommend it.

Great place to stay for a solo traveler or for a pair. A quick 10 minute walk to the Dupont Circle metro. The unit has a convenient washer/dryer and full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the host allowed me to drop my bags off prior to the check on time, which I very much appreciated. The host was very responsive. Check out literally could not be easier - just get your stuff and be out by 11:00. No chores or cleaning required! Very happy with my stay.

The home was nice and peaceful. We enjoyed the privacy and the neigbors were friendly. Depending on when you visit, having direct access to the beach was a plus. 

We chose to drive to Virginia beach which was about a 25 to 30 min drive to be in a tourist type area which was fun, but when it comes to parking, you will pay, and in some cases have to walk a few blocks after dealing with traffic. All in all, you will enjoy the area and home. We did.
